Cole Hauser responded very cleverly when the audience recognized ”Rip Wheeler is the best role in Yellowstone 5”

Cole Hauser responded very subtly and skillfully when the audience gave him a lot of praise, saying that “Rip Wheeler is the best role in Yellowstone season 5”. He did not rush to take credit or praise himself, but instead showed humility and gratitude. Hauser shared that participating in the Yellowstone film project was one of the luckiest and most meaningful things in his acting career.

It was not only a valuable opportunity to challenge his acting ability, but also a profound experience that helped him mature more in his career. In particular, the love and enthusiastic support from the audience was the greatest gift, a strong motivation that made him feel that this journey was completely worth it. He expressed that being recognized by the audience is an incomparable happiness, and achieving that is the achievement he cherishes the most.

However, Hauser also emphasized that the success of a role is not a solitary effort. He believes that an impressive role can only be created by the coordination and understanding between actors in the same crew. “I couldn’t have done it alone,” he said.

Emotional connection, chemistry in each scene and mutual support between co-stars are extremely important factors. Although season 5 of Yellowstone has officially ended, he still has many emotions in his heart – beautiful memories, sublime moments on set. He sincerely shared: “I am extremely grateful to my co-stars. Although time has passed, the echoes of season 5 still live in me as an unforgettable memory.”

When asked about whether Rip Wheeler was really the best role in season 5, Cole Hauser did not hesitate to show objectivity. He frankly expressed that he did not completely agree with that opinion, although he himself tried his best to portray this role in an authentic and emotional way.

According to him, there are still a few other roles that deserve more recognition. If he had to choose the best actor of season 5, Hauser said that Kevin Costner was the real standout. In the role of John Dutton – the head of the Dutton family and the central character who navigates the entire story – Kevin excellently demonstrated both inner depth and influence in the storyline. Hauser could not hide his admiration: “I think he is extremely professional, always working with a serious and dedicated attitude. I have learned a lot of valuable things from him, not only in work but also in how to be a person.”
